This is the moments before we began our voyage home from Croatia, the last stop on a journey that began five weeks ago in Hawaii, and brought me to Zanzibar, London, Bosnia & Herzegovina, and Dubrovnik.

I woke up early to meditate one last time, eyes wide open, marveling at the old city of Dubrovnik, listening to the church bells in the distance, feeling a light summer drizzle on my skin. Starlings circled above and the sun was rising over the mountains in the distance. Absolutely magical! ✨

It brought a tear to my eye to think about the imprint this pilgrimage has left on my heart and soul…how it has changed me and helped me rediscover dormant parts of myself.

That is the nature of a pilgrim: one who sets out on a journey to be changed by the experience.

Although this trip was half work, half reunion with family & friends, it was a whole pilgrimage of my heart and soul. I’m so very grateful for the privilege of this life! 🙏🏼✨🤍🕉️🌍

Three years ago today, in a small field in upstate NY, surrounded by an intimate group of friends and family, we were married. My feet were bare, my heart was full, and I had COVID!
I think the most romantic thing Bram ever said to me was “I don’t care if you have COVID, I’m kissing my wife on our wedding day!” That’s my guy. I love doing life with you! Here’s to a lifetime of more wild and wonderful adventures . Happy Anniversary, my love! ❤️✨❤️

Sounds vibrations created from the Tibetan Singing Bowls aid the meditative process and are excellent for reducing stress, chakra balancing, exploring the mystery of your unconscious, and overall holistic healing.
