77 pediatric surgical cases, each one a child who came in with worry and left with hope, healing, and a brighter tomorrow.

To our incredible team, thank you for showing up with skill, strength, and compassion in every moment. To our families, friends, supporters and donors, thank you for believing in this mission and making every surgery possible.

Last day of surgical days. 😔

77 cases. Every case holds a story, a family, a life forever changed. It’s hard to put this feeling into words. There is so much gratitude, so much love, and at the same time, the quiet weight of knowing we have to say goodbye.

Each patient, each family, each moment in those rooms has stayed with us. These weren’t just surgeries. They were life-changing, hope-restoring moments that we will carry long after we leave.

We came here as a team, but we leave forever connected to the people and stories we’ve been entrusted with.

Another full day in the operating rooms, moving from one child to the next with steady focus and quiet determination. Each case carries its own story, and our team meets every one of them with care, patience, and heart.

More children being seen, more families walking in with hope, and a team that keeps showing up with full hearts and focused hands. The hours are long, and the needs are real, but so is the purpose behind every single case we take on.

Inside the OR, it was steady hands, quiet focus, and a team that never stopped working together. Even in the long hours, everyone stayed present for what each child needed in that moment.

At Holy Family Hospital in Techiman, Ghana, Dr. Christine Goodbody, our orthopedic surgeon from Philadelphia, led a clubfoot casting training session with local healthcare providers, strengthening practical skills and building confidence in care delivery.

We do this because sustainable impact happens when knowledge is shared. When local healthcare teams are trained directly, children can receive early, effective treatment closer to home, without delay, distance, or barriers standing in the way of care.

It’s simple but powerful work, sharing skills so care continues long after we leave.

Grateful for the time, the teaching, and everyone who shows up for the children.❤️
