I’m obsessed with this plant-based lip plumping balm. As someone who used to inject filler, I would recommend this 1000x over getting filled.

As a former injector I wish I had started this practice years ago. As an injection student, I was taught about how the face ages - but that there was nothing that could be done about it besides fillers, tox and surgery. This was so wrong (I hope doctors and injectors are updating their files on this topic). 🙏

But let’s fast forward ……Here’s something else I’ve learned since being dedicated to exercise and holistic practices for facial longevity:

The importance of the tongue.

Your tongue is part of the support system of your face.

When it rests on the roof of the mouth, it creates gentle upward pressure through the palate that helps support the midface and maintain facial framework (this blew my mind but you’ll find so much evidence to support this now).

When the tongue sits low in the mouth, the opposite can happen - less structural support for the cheeks and surrounding muscles...basically everything starts to sag, resulting in jowls, hollow under eyes, deeper nasolabial folds and drooping skin.

This is why tongue posture + face yoga work so well together.

Face yoga strengthens the muscles that support facial VOLUME, while proper tongue posture supports the INTERNAL structure of the face.

It’s the same principle as strength training for the body. Consistent activation builds strength, and strength creates structure. These small daily habits build the support your future face will rely on.

And honestly, once you start practicing facial exercise reguluarly and seeing the difference, you won’t want to stop! It’s addicting.

Chest Care Protocol:

This is for all the women with filler who have messaged me on this topic, and who quietly wonder if they could ever go natural.

The methods I share here are some of the exact ones I used when I weaned myself off injections, and the same approach I’ve guided many clients through when they felt ready for something different.

I know the tug-of-war.
Wanting to look natural… but feeling the pressure to maintain a certain standard. Caving doesn’t make you weak. It makes you human.

It’s hard to walk away from injections when you don’t have tools to replace them.

That’s where this work comes in.

Now...the eyes....

One of the biggest questions I get is:�“Do I drain inward… or outward?”

The answer is - you can do both, but you MUST follow the pathways and connect the dots.

✨ Morning puffiness?�Drain inward first (you can go outward too but inward will get all the acute fluid buildup). Sweep fluid toward the inner canthus and nose, that’s often the closest exit point when fluid has pooled overnight. Then guide it down the natural drainage pathway toward the collarbone.

✨ Chronic puffiness or malar bags?�Go outward. Lay your tool flat and gently guide fluid across the cheek toward the lymph nodes near the ears, then down the neck to the collarbone (it helps to combine with neck release and tension relieving massage as well).

And none of it works if you skip the most important step:�Open the lymph at the ears, neck, and collarbone first.

If the exits aren’t open, the fluid has nowhere to go.

If you start feeling lost, just remember “connect the dots” - it’s that simple.

One important thing to remember:
Don’t try to erase nasolabial folds. That approach leads nowhere. Instead, learn to observe what’s happening around them.

Nasolabial folds are a signal that the structures above the fold need support:
muscle tone, bone stimulation, lymphatic flow, and nervous system balance.

When you stop chasing the line and start supporting the framework, the face responds differently. Over time, you’ll notice more lift, steadiness, and overall facial harmony.

This is a comprehensive, structural approach. There is no quick fix, and no single exercise that will naturally erase folds.

Softening nasolabial folds requires layering:
- releasing the downward pull of the jawline
- lifting and strengthening the cheek muscles
- easing tension around the nose
- releasing adhesions inside the mouth
- draining fluid retention
- lifting the scalp and fascia that support the entire face

When these systems are addressed together, the folds don’t need to be “fixed.”
They begin to soften as the face regains balance, support, and flow.

Lastly, energy matters. If you feel energetically heavy, the face often reflects that. Soothing, intentional rituals like this don’t just create physical change, they help shift the nervous system into a lighter, calmer state, allowing the face to look and feel more lifted.
