Tertiary (Revision) Rhinoplasty. After two previous rhinoplasties elsewhere, this patient was left with many of the “not aesthetically pleasing“ characteristics that can occur post rhinoplasty. She has no sprain break. The tip is blunted, and broadly rounded on profile view. She has notching of her ala and a very droopy columella. The nose is also a bit long causing her nasal-labial angle to be around 90 degrees which is a more masculine trait for a nose. With ultrasonic Piezo rhinoplasty all of these things are corrected with minimal bruising and swelling even in revision cases.
