14 mile run is in the books!šŸ“š
This is my longest run of this training block and I’m feeling very proud & thankful for how well it wentšŸ¤—

Watching everyone race this weekend definitely gave me that extra push. It reminded me why we do thisšŸ’ŖšŸ¾

The work I’ve been putting in these past few months is paying off and I’m not done yet.

I still have a few more weeks to keep building, but I like where this is goingšŸ˜€

Congratulations to everyone who raced this weekend šŸŽ‰
Whether I know you or not, your strength and determination inspired mešŸ«¶šŸ¾

The new space is huge! Multi-level and built for more than just shopping. Can’t wait to see the experiences they bring to it!

Stay tuned for video recap šŸŽ„

I did a 5 mile time trial at a pace I haven’t done in years. When I checked my stats I was shocked 😮 It was hard but controlled. Did I really just do that?

There was a time I truly didn’t think I’d ever get back here.

Not because I didn’t want it…
but because life changed me.

I had two C-section births šŸ¤°šŸ¾
My body changed.
My responsibilities changed.
And the version of me that used to run like this?
She felt so far away.

This wasn’t weeks.
This was years.

Years of rebuilding even after injury.
Years of showing up.
Years of putting in the work… even when the results weren’t showing the way I thought they would.

But I stayed.

I kept showing up.
I built my base.
I trusted the process… because I knew the results would come.

And now?

The paces I thought were gone…
are finding their way back to me.

Not overnight.
Not by luck.

But by consistency.

And if you’re a mom rebuilding after having kids… starting over… trying to find your rhythm again.

Please don’t stopšŸ™šŸ¾

For those of you who have been here from the beginning…and even if you’re new here, you’ve seen it.

Day in and day out.
Month after month.
Year after year.

The work. The consistency. The commitment.

So if you’re in that season right now where it feels slow, where it feels like nothing is changing, keep going!

It’s working.

Even when you can’t see it yet.

I’m living proofšŸ™ŒšŸ¾

Are you in your rebuild season or your breakthrough season?

The wind really had your girl out here fighting for her life šŸ˜©šŸ’Ø

50 degrees… but felt like 40 with the way it was hitting.
Not even exaggerating! It was literally pushing me mid-run, trying to knock me off stride😭

But if I lace up and step outside… I’m finishing the run. Period.

5.5 easy miles.
It wasn’t graceful but it got DONE šŸ’ŖšŸ¾

22 months. That’s how long it’s been since I’ve been able
to see and hug my mom in person. the first
thing I did was call her to make plans for her to visit once
we were both fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and
completed the recommended 2 week waiting period.
There are so many things she missed out on that I
couldn’t wait to do again:
Show her how big my girls have gotten.
Get her opinion on plants in my backyard.
Show her renovations I did on our home.
Watch TV shows with her and listen to her hilarious
commentary.
Make some of my favorite childhood dishes with her in a
way that only she can make them. šŸ˜‹
The wait is finally over and it’s even better than I could’ve
imagined. I can’t express how much joy her visit has
brought me and my girls šŸ‘§šŸ¾šŸ‘§šŸ¾
When I got the shot, I experienced a sore arm, and a
headache but thankfully I had Advil to help relieve
my side effects.
Getting vaccinated was 1000% worth it!
Speak to your doctor about what is right for you and learn
more about using Advil for post-vaccine side effects by

Who else has connected with family members and/or
friends after getting their shot?šŸ™‹šŸ¾ā€ā™€ļø

9,446. That’s the number of images currently on my phone 😬I’ve got everything from my daughters birth to her first smile to our recent California vacation to family yoga and everything in between. I’ve been looking for a quick and convenient way to print from my camera roll for a while now and thanks to HP I’ve finally got it. Their new Sprocket Studio allows me and my little ones šŸ‘§šŸ¾šŸ‘¶šŸ¾ to select, edit and print 4x 6in photos with just a few taps on their app. The Sprocket app is such a convenient way to get photos printed and off my camera roll. Every photo is high quality and I can add fun designs, which makes it perfect for framing upcoming celebrations like my toddler’s birthday and her first day of preschool šŸ¤— What’s even better is that I can do this all from home. Super convenient since life with 2 kids under 3 can be seriously hectic 🤪 This is gonna be a game changer.

How many photos do you have on your phone?
