The Adolescent Health and Wellness Center is a comprehensive practice that provides confidential health care services, including reproductive health care to teens and young adults, as allowed by New York State Law, and a youth development program. We’re heading to Mohican Outdoor Center for our annual camping trip!

From May 29–May 31, participants will unplug, get outside, hike, laugh, and make memories with friends🏕️✨

This trip is completely FREE. All hiking gear, food, and transportation is provided.

📍 Meet-up & drop-off:

Life can feel overwhelming sometimes, and that's completely normal. When you feel stressed, try positive coping strategies like:
✨ Talking it out with someone you trust
🏃 Moving your body (sports, walking, dancing)
🎧 Listening to music or doing something creative
📝 Journaling your thoughts and feelings
🧘 Taking a few moments to breathe and reset

And if things ever start to feel like too much, it's okay to ask for help, whether that's a friend, a parent, a teacher, or a therapist. Reaching out is a sign of strength, not weakness. 🌟
