🍁 Jumping Into Gratitude This Thanksgiving! 🍁

Wishing everyone a Happy Thanksgiving filled with love, laughter, and movement! 🦃✨

Reflecting on this past year, attending the IDEA World Fitness Convention 2024 was truly unforgettable! Here’s a little recap of the moments that filled my heart:

1️⃣ Meeting Elaine LaLanne 💪❤️: As a kid, I was captivated by her husband Jack LaLanne’s fitness programs, which sparked my passion for health. Meeting LaLa, celebrating her 98th birthday, and witnessing her energy was beyond inspiring! 🎂🎉

2️⃣ Kissing the hand of a legend 🫶: Elaine’s grace and humor were unmatched. Her friends call her LaLa, and she proved why she’s a true icon of vitality and joy!

3️⃣ Gilad, my living room workout buddy 🌊🏋️: From his Hawaiian beach workouts on TV to now meeting him in person—what a full-circle moment!

4️⃣ Tony Horton, the P90X master 💥: His program pushed me to new heights, both physically and mentally. Meeting him reminded me how impactful his work has been in my life!

5️⃣ A new Fit Squad 🤝🔥: At the Brain Fitness pre-convention seminar, I connected with amazing individuals who share my passion for movement and wellness. What a gift!

6️⃣ Billy Blanks, the Tae Bo legend 🥊💪: His boxing and bodyweight drills helped me build strength and discipline. Watching him honor Jack and Elaine LaLanne at the event was a beautiful moment.

7️⃣ Singing Happy Birthday to LaLa 🎶🎂: The entire crowd came together to celebrate Elaine’s 98th with love and gratitude. Moments like these remind me how special this community truly is.

🎥 Special appearances: The incredible Denise Austin brought her signature energy to the convention, and we all felt the bittersweet news of Richard Simmons’ passing, reflecting on his tremendous legacy in the fitness world.

I’m feeling extra thankful for the incredible fitness community that has not only supported me but also inspired me to overcome life’s challenges.

Today, Michele joined us for a private session that included a biomechanics assessment.

What We Discovered
We identified restrictions in her left shoulder abduction and right hip internal rotation.

The Solution
With just one breathing drill on the trampoline, her mobility improved, she felt more balanced, and moved with greater power!

1️⃣ Side Stomp with Cross Punches
2️⃣ Kicks with Cross Punches
3️⃣ 1/4 Rotation with Punches
4️⃣ Knee Tucks with Reach Ups
🔄 Repeat 1/4 Rotation on the other side

📝 Do each move 11x, then repeat the circuit as many times as possible in 2 minutes (AMRAP)
