I am trained in breathing techniques, massaging, reflexology, foot mapping, essential oil use, rebozo techniques and all around birth support, to help you birth your baby your way! What is Pregnancy Pampering? I believe that Women need to be Pampered! Throughout your pregnancy I can offer emotional and physical support through massage, essential oil use, stretches, exercise and the ever so needed pedicure! I use all natural products safe for baby and Mama, made locally! I am also equipped to provide Birth-plan writing, one-on-one birth education, tips for Dad to support Mom through labor, and Breastfeeding education!
