For years, women have been told that the changes they feel in midlife (physically and mentally) are just part of aging. But when we look closer, we can see a pattern.
Perimenopause isn’t a vague stage you need to “push through.” It’s a real physiological shift that deserves real care. When you understand what your body is telling you, everything changes and that’s where the real work begins.

This applies to everyone, not just doctors... please don’t compare yourself to anyone. You are where you are for a reason, so be confident in yourself, your knowledge, and your value❤️
I read a great line: “Everyone else is taken, be yourself”

Not all hyaluronic acid is created equal. Some fillers are designed to mimic what your skin naturally makes (long, unbroken chains that integrate smoothly). Others are processed and cross-linked to create structure and lift, but can also bring more risk of swelling, lumps, or late reactions.
The art is in knowing which type belongs where. That means choosing the right product, in the right depth, with the right injector who understands how it all works together over time.

When it comes to aesthetics, the line you see isn’t always the issue and the solution isn’t always filler. Aging is a three-dimensional process, and what you’re noticing on the surface often comes from structural changes beneath it.
That’s why the most important part of any cosmetic treatment isn’t the product, it’s the assessment. Understanding the face as a whole allows us to restore balance, lift, and harmony in a way that looks effortless.
The goal isn’t to erase every line, it’s to help you look like a rested, radiant, and confident version of you.

NAD is a molecule your body already makes and it helps your cells produce the energy it needs to function, and for cell repair as well. As we age, NAD levels go down. That’s why people are turning to NAD injections or supplements to feel more energized and to slow aging.
But here’s the thing: just injecting NAD isn’t a magic fix. Your body still needs to process it, and not all methods work the same for everyone. In fact, some of the best research supports using precursor ingredients like NR, NMN or Niacinamide (which is a form of Vitamin B3, but not the same as Niacin), which help your body naturally boost NAD from the inside.
These are tools, not quick fixes, and more is not always better. The most important thing is knowing what you’re taking, how it’s sourced and why you’re taking it. Two brands I like are True Niagen and Elysium Health. Let me know if you have any questions!

1. Stretch your wash days
Start by adding an extra day between washes. Gradually increase as your scalp adjusts.
2. Use dry shampoo strategically
Apply at the roots before your hair gets oily, not after.
3. Go easy on the scalp
Over-scrubbing or harsh shampoos can strip oils, making your scalp produce more.
4. Avoid heavy products near the roots
Conditioners, oils, and serums should stay mid-length to ends.
4. Balance your scalp health
A healthy scalp = balanced oil production. Gentle cleansing and lightweight hydration are key.
Your scalp will take time to adjust but consistency is everything.

Botox isn’t about freezing your face.
It’s about refining movement to enhance your natural expression so you can age with confidence, not compromise. The key is knowing which muscles to relax and which to keep working for you because no two faces are the same.
Every treatment is tailored to your features, your goals, and your beauty.

Not all serums are created equal, the right one depends on your skin concerns🧴✨
Choose smart, pair with a good moisturizer, and let your skin thrive.

Appearance is anything but superficial. Think about the days when you feel your most beautiful. What do you love about those days, and when does that “beautiful” feeling start? What you see, whether in the mirror in front of you or in your mind’s eye, is a reflection of the natural condition of your skin combined with the effects of specific life events and stressors. The art of aesthetics is about combining the highest quality scientific breakthroughs and art to reflate, restore and rejuvenate in the most natural and holistic way.
I like to think of myself as a skin whisperer, helping to reveal and enhance beauty by identifying and addressing what’s aging it or causing it to look anything less than its healthiest and most radiant. I have developed my own medical philosophy and unique treatment programs for each patient that incorporates my reverence for the art of medicine, years of experience and deep scientific background and have deployed it to diagnose and treat my patients with amazing results, which is why I say “older is better.”
