“I love how positive and skilled the coaches are. They have really motivated me to work at getting stronger while never letting me get in over my head and injure myself.

I love that Lisa and Priest are such a vital part of our larger neighborhood community, bringing health and wellness to so many of my friends and neighbors in such a kind but also passionate way.

I love the folks who show up at SITH to sweat it out just like I do. I look forward to seeing people I know in class and meeting new people each week. Everyone is friendly and we motivate each other.

It’s a special community and one I feel grateful for every day. Even when I am cursing how sore I am after an intense class!”

We are offering a special by-donation ReEnerchi class on Saturday February 28th at 1:00 PM, dedicated to celebrating Lisa’s 11th anniversary of congenital open-heart surgery.

Join us for ReEnerchi, a revitalizing blend of Qi Gong and yoga designed as a flowing moving meditation. Through gentle movement, breath awareness, and mindful presence, you’ll reconnect with your energy, restore balance, and support whole-body wellness. This class is accessible for all levels and leaves you feeling grounded, refreshed, and recharged.

February is Heart Health Month, and the American Heart Association designates the first Friday in February as Wear Red for Women Day.

Heart health is very important to us here at Studio at the Heights as our one and only Lisa Priestly is a survivor of a congenital heart defect that required open heart surgery.

We'll be sharing more about Coach Lisa's story and more about heart health throughout February, but for now, we hope you'll join us by wearing red wherever you are on Friday February 6th to help raise awareness for heart health, especially for women.
