The internet wants you to blend it into ice cream, bread, and pasta sauce.
But do you have to? No.
Cottage cheese is a powerhouse—it’s a complete protein containing all nine essential amino acids. Because it’s packed with casein, it digests slowly, keeping you full and fueling muscles for hours.
Sure that does sound great. But it still doesn’t mean you need to add it to your ice cream.
The Reality Check:
🍦It’s a tool, not a requirement.
🍦If you’re already hitting your protein goals with lean meats, beans, or Greek yogurt, you don’t need to force the “hacks.”
🍦Eat it because you like it, not because an influencer told you to hide it.
Bottom line: Use the tools that work for your palate.
