Here are 3 simple things you can start today—and by next weekend, you’ll feel & see a real difference:

1. Hit 100g+ of protein daily.
Not perfectly, just consistently. You’ll notice fewer cravings, more energy, and you’ll stay full longer. (Bonus: helps with that bloated, blah feeling.)
2. Walk 7K–10K steps a day.

The 3 things I changed that finally worked—after years of trying everything else:
1. I stopped undereating and started eating more (yes, more) with a focus on macros.
2. I stopped doing random cardio and started following a strength training plan that actually made sense.
3. I stopped guessing and started tracking—without obsessing—so I could actually see what was working.

These pics are 7 weeks apart. That’s 49 days.
Not magic. Not luck. Just a smarter, more strategic approach.

I promise you’re going to want to save this one!

Pesto turkey meatballs - 4 servings

Macros Per serving - Calories: 317, Protein: 28g, Carbs: 8g, Fat: 19g

Ingredients
• 2 cups packed fresh spinach, finely chopped (about 2 ounces), If using frozen, defrosted and drained well.
• 1 pound lean ground turkey I used 93%
• ½ cup gf panko breadcrumbs
• ¼ cup pesto homemade or store bought + extra for serving if desired
• ½ teaspoon sea salt
• ½ teaspoon garlic powder
• ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
• 1 large egg

Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 425°F.
2. In a large bowl, combine the finely chopped spinach and remaining ingredients. Using clean hands or a spoon, mix until well combined.
3. Gently roll the meat into 12 large golfball size portions. Arrange the meatballs in a single layer on a large baking sheet.
4. Bake for 15-18 minutes or until meat is cooked through and has an internal temperature of 165F.
5. Enjoy warm with a little extra pesto or some pasta sauce and your favorite side/ pasta. You can also serve these meatballs like mini meatloaves next to roasted potatoes and veggies.
