We’re still buzzing from presenting — a three - day gathering of the visionaries charting the future of wellness, longevity and human potential.

We brought our signature approach to low-impact cardio teaching five bounce classes and introducing so many new movers to the power of trampoline-based training. As one of the foremost authorities in this space, it was an honor to share how our method blends rhythm, control, and endurance to create a workout that’s as joyful as it is effective.

For anyone new to bounce, here’s why we’re so passionate about it:
• Low-impact, high-intensity: gentle on your joints, but delivers a serious sweat.
• Lymphatic drainage: supports detoxification + reduces inflammation.
• Balance + coordination: challenges stabilizing muscles traditional workouts miss.
• Pelvic floor + core health: a powerful tool for longevity-focused movement.

last night we hosted our first NYC members-only class —just to celebrate nothing but the beautiful weather and moving with each other.

it was pretty (really) cute and chill. no one fell, taught like a true ballet mistress, and we wrapped it all up with drinks and snacks.
