low impact has been misunderstood for a long time
it’s been positioned as easier
softer
less effective
but what it actually means is:
you’re not taking unnecessary damage to get the result
your joints aren’t absorbing impact
your body is still doing the work
heart rate up
muscles firing
coordination engaged
the difference is you can do it again tomorrow
and the day after that
and the year after that
this is what it means to train for the long haul
