Before they were fitness instructors, they were dancers.
Not for a season.
Not for content.
For decades.
Most of them started at three years old. Ballet barres. Studio mirrors. Rehearsals after school. Every role in the Nutcracker you could think of.
College degrees in dance, dance pedagogy, exercise science. Years studying anatomy, musicality, performance psychology, cueing, composition.
They didn’t arrive here from a weekend certification.
(Though yes, they have those too.)
They arrived here from a lifetime inside their bodies.
From learning how to teach counts before they could legally drive. From understanding how to build endurance before calling it cardio. From studying how movement is structured, layered, and refined over time.
This method wasn’t assembled.
It was passed down. Practiced. Lived.
Each trainer here carries decades of embodied knowledge into the room — not just how to move, but how to teach movement. How to cue it. How to correct it. How to build it safely and intelligently.
What you’re experiencing in class isn’t just seven years of a brand. It isn’t a trend replicated.
It’s 11+ years of professional fitness training layered on top of a lifetime in dance. Athletic conditioning informed by choreography. Cardio built with musicality.
Strength shaped by performance discipline.
That layering — that depth — is what makes them different. We could go on all day about our trainers and the level of expertise in this room.
It may only be year seven of the ness but it’s a lifetime in motion for them!
