It is based on evidence-based science in quantum physics, core energetic/mind-body psychology & spiritual healing. I use unique and powerful healing skills from many traditions and cultures within the energetic dimensions I call the Haric, Core Star, Auric, Quantum Field and incorporates principles of Reiki and Shamanic medicine. Sharon Daffner Bakes - Certified Brennan Healing Science Practitioner & Energy Therapist

Hello! I love being on the East End of Long Island where I have lived full-time for the past 17 years with my husband, teen son and 10 year old daughter. I spend my free time in nature, practicing yoga, and enjoying walks on the beach.

Before moving to Sag Harbor, I lived in NYC working as a corporate health, wellness, and employee benefits expert. My own experience with career stress and burnout sparked a change fourteen years ago that led to me studying at the prestigious and world-renowned Barbara Brennan School for Healing Science to earn a 4-year degree in Energy Medicine. My life has transformed in this journey and it is my passion to support those of you who are on your spiritual journeys to restore life to your true essence, authenticity, creativity and reconnect to your deepest gifts so you can live a purpose-filled life in balance, harmonious relationships, health, prosperity and a career that reflects your life-task & what lights you up!

My healing practice is primarily dedicated to supporting women, although I work with men and teenagers as well- on your deeper spiritual, emotional and physical journey back to wholeness and love. It is through my own experiences in my childhood and as a young adult that have shaped my purpose and commitment to this transformational healing work. In my healing practice, I hold the curious, tender and courageous nature of your soul’s longings to honor that inner voice which has called you to live a more fulfilled, live-out-loud & connected life.

Therapeutic Energy Healing is a powerful and unique way to embody yourself and the life you wish to create. Each client I work with has their own personal journey of healing and longings to be realized. My healing modality offers the energetic clearing of old emotional or physical wounds from childhood to lessen anxiety, depression, co-dependence or people-pleasing; the opening of one’s heart to trust, give and receive love in relationships; the lifting and clearing of mental confusion and creative fog that blocks manifesting a life and career that truly lights you up; and moving out old energetic blocks held in the body that relate to chronic or acute health conditions.

My work clears, charges and balances the chakras and auric field to support the development and perception of your innate gifts of guidance & higher knowing; supports the alignment of your passion and soul’s longings that live deep within you, so you can more fully connect to your life with physical well-being, self-love, loving relationships and inspiration to create the life you envision with clarity of purpose and fulfillment throughout your life.
