Our services include a complimentary session in our steam room and a shower. Below is a list of services we offer:

Deep tissue – Designed to relive severe tension in the muscle and the connective tissue, this type of body work focuses on the muscles located below the surface of the top muscles. Swedish - Designed to relax muscles by rubbing in the same direction as the flow of blood returning to the heart, this massage increases oxygen flow in the blood while reducing toxins in the muscles. Tui-na - An ancient form of Chinese therapeutic deep tissue bodywork, Tui-na brings stimulation to the muscles and blood circulation. This treatment will unblock flow of "chi" or vital energy. Reflexology - It is believed that reflex points on the soles of the feet correspond to the various organs and parts of the body, therefore this foot rub is good for stimulation the activity of internal organs and to improve blood and lymph circulation.
