James Fowler Physical Therapy Experience the art of healing. James Fowler Physical Therapy is an oasis in the heart of New York City.

Our practice is built around the idea that each of our clients deserves the personal attention, one-on-one treatment, and highly specialized care rarely offered by other physical therapy practices. We strive to not only solve the immediate condition of each patient, but to get to the root of the problem and ensure that the condition will not recur by educating each person about their body and movements. Our staff consists of a team of expert therapists who are all recognized as nationally certified manual therapists and strength and conditioning specialists. They are assisted by certified movement analysts who support each patient's treatment and help further patient education. Our practice is housed in a beautifully designed downtown space that allows our patients to receive state of the art care in a non-clinical environment so you can ease into recovery in a serene and non-threatening atmosphere.

Noriko Hosono brings over a decade of experience in clinical, physical-therapy–focused bodywork to our team at James Fowler Physical Therapy. She has dedicated her career to helping patients move, heal, and feel their best.

She specializes in working with pre- and post-surgery patients, oncology and autoimmune conditions, injury recovery, chronic pain, and trauma. Since 2016, Noriko has worked closely alongside our physical therapists to ensure seamless, collaborative care for every patient.
