“Preserve by Motiva” is a newer approach in breast augmentation that focuses on minimizing disruption to your natural breast tissue.
Instead of more traditional techniques, the goal here is to work with your anatomy—preserving important structures, supporting long-term tissue health, and creating results that look and feel more natural over time.
In this video, we’re breaking down:
• what “preserve” actually means
• how it differs from traditional approaches
As always, the best approach is individualized—there’s no one-size-fits-all when it comes to surgery.

After Pesach, a lot of us feel it—the extra few pounds, the tighter clothes, the “I’ll deal with it after Yom Tov” mindset. But what’s the right way to approach it?

In my latest article, I talk about the reality of post-Pesach weight gain, why quick fixes aren’t always the answer, and how plastic surgery fits into the bigger picture of long-term results—not shortcuts. It’s all about making thoughtful, informed decisions for your body.

A tummy tuck isn’t just about removing excess skin—it’s also about repairing what’s underneath. Diastasis recti (separation of the abdominal muscles) can cause a persistent bulge that no amount of diet or exercise can fix.

By tightening the muscles and contouring the abdomen, we’re able to restore a flatter, stronger core and a smoother silhouette.

Not every procedure requires general anesthesia. Many treatments can safely and comfortably be done under local anesthesia—meaning less downtime, fewer risks, and a quicker recovery.

In this video, I go over which procedures can be done under local, who’s a good candidate, and what to expect during the process. 🤍

Can you breastfeed after a breast reduction? The truth is, it depends. Breastfeeding after a breast reduction is possible for some patients, but it’s not guaranteed. The ability to breastfeed depends on the surgical technique, how much tissue is removed, and how the milk ducts and nerves are preserved.

In this video, I break down what really affects breastfeeding after surgery—and how we plan with your future goals in mind. 🤍

In this piece, I reflect on the real emotions behind the operating room—where precision, pressure, and humanity all collide. Surgery demands strength and composure, but it also reminds me that patients aren’t just cases—they’re people, often facing fear and uncertainty. And the truth is, anxiety before surgery is incredibly common and can even impact outcomes.
This article is a reminder that compassion belongs in every OR. 💙

Are you a good candidate for a tummy tuck? 🤔✨

If you’re dealing with loose skin, stretched muscles, or stubborn areas that don’t improve with diet and exercise—this might be the solution. It’s especially common after pregnancy or significant weight loss.

The key? Being at a stable weight and ready for a permanent transformation. The best way to know is through a personalized consultation. 💫

One of the most rewarding parts of what I do isn’t just the results—it’s the relationships. 💫

Growing alongside my patients, being part of their journeys, and watching our practice evolve together is something I never take for granted. It’s more than surgery—it’s trust, connection, and shared growth.

Grateful for every step of the journey 🤍

Now that Passover has come to an end, I’ve been reflecting on the balance between the physical and spiritual preparation that goes into it. We spend so much time cleaning our homes, but the real impact comes from the internal work—the habits we let go of, the mindset shifts we make, and the space we create for growth.

The question is… how do we carry that feeling forward? How do we hold onto that clarity, that intention, that sense of renewal—now that the holiday is over?

As a surgeon, I think a lot about transformation, and Passover is such a powerful reminder that the most lasting changes aren’t just external—they start from within.
