This 10-week Runner’s Strength Intensive is designed specifically for long-distance athletes training for the Jersey City Half & NYC Runs Brooklyn Half. Led by experienced running physical therapists, this cohort goes beyond “cross-training” to target the biomechanical demands of racing, so your strength actually transfers to speed, efficiency, and durability on race day.
