Broccoli lovers unite! It’s winter time and a great time for broccoli. Before you get too excited, some broccoli do’s and don’ts. DO steam, lightly sauté or enjoy in a soup. DON’T eat it raw. Raw means cold (even if you’re saying Gabriel, what about room temp?) and it’s already cold outside. Arctic cold. That’s way too much cold for your digestion. Help your body out, don’t eat your broccoli raw.
