MY BABY! MY BUSINESS! is celebrating one year!!(technically two months late but I do have trouble celebrating myself 😅)

I feel like I haven’t found the words to properly put to paper how incredible this past year has been. These pictures are just a few memories and it was so hard to choose!

From launch, to countless events, masterclasses, college speaking events, my clients 💕, specialty training courses, branding sessions, tears, joy….

I took a leap of faith, with eyes closed to combine my expertise in the fitness and health industry to help women face a hard reality we all experience 1. Not feeling at home in our bodies and 2. Not receiving holistic health care that includes being heard & seen past just symptoms.

This was my calling and the feeling like I was “starting over” made me question the decision, but the love and support I’ve felt through it all has been more than I ever could have asked for. I truly feel like this past year is the most I’ve ever grown, I’ve also never felt stronger mentally and physically - the constant reassurances I’m on the right path and my strategies actually work 🙌🏼

Lastly, thank you to my clients who put in the work every day to not only heal their relationships with their bodies but to trust me and my strategies to help you achieve those goals you dream of 💕 and to reassure me what I created is exactly what they were searching for.

13 years of practicing yoga & now teaching it in NYC has showed me that stress management isn’t just about feeling less anxious... It’s also about learning to listen to what your body is telling you. 

When I started teaching, I thought I was helping people move better and find some peace. Since spending the last couple years studying & becoming a certified women’s hormone specialist I’ve learned it’s more about just movement. It’s a ripple effect that impacts your body’s processes. 

At the most simplest level, your breath controls your stress response, and your stress response negatively impacts your hormone levels. Your PMS gets worse. Your energy tanks. Your body picks survival over balance every single time.

So managing stress in yoga isn’t just about breathwork, it’s how you interrupt the cascade before it shows up as exhausted mornings, PMS symptoms, and feeling like a stranger in your own skin.

A big warm welcome to anyone new to my page!

Hey! My name is Chloe 👋 and I am a certified women’s hormone specialist and yoga instructor. I live in Brooklyn, NY and my road to founding my business, The Body Sync, was definitely not linear!

I spent 8 years of my career in advertising working for the top agencies in NY managing really fun brands like Instagram & Target. Though it was fun, I was constantly burned out and felt disconnected to my body, which led me to feel lost at times with low confidence. Practicing Yoga to regulate my nervous system and focusing on balancing my hormones were my North Star strategies when I didn’t feel like myself.

After becoming a certified hormone health specialist, I built my business around one mission: guiding women through the same struggles I experienced. I create strategies and protocols based on the latest research in women’s health, helping my clients not only reach their health goals but actually feel at home in their bodies again.

So many new offerings coming to The Body Sync in 2026 and I can’t wait to share them with you! ✨
