A hydrocele is an abnormal accumulation of serious fluid within the tunica vaginalis,the sac surrounding the testicle in the scrotum.it is one of the most common cause of painless scrotal swelling in males, especially in newborns and infants.Hydroceles can be classified as congenital or acquired, depending on their etiology.


Swelling, painless scrotal enlargement,and discomfort.
Finding
∆Anechoic fluid collection around the testicle.
∆ No internal echoes unless infected or hemorrhagic.
∆Normal testicular parenchyma.


RT. Te**is is mildly enlarged in size shape, measure (size)cm.Lt Te**is is Normal in size shape;the capsule is intact .No focal or diffuse mass lesion is seen .There is no varicocele present.Moderate Hydrocele is seen in the RT scrotal sac.
No Lymph Nodes seen in Both Inguinal Region


Mild Enlarged Rt.Te**is with Moderate Rt.Hydrocele.
