Meet Rachel Conry, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner! Rachel is a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner based in New York. An alumna of New York University and Binghamton University, and Queens College, she has served the greater New York City area through several distinguished mental health care facilities. As a nurse practitioner and registered nurse, she has over 6 years of experience in health care. She has worked with clients ranging in age from adolescent to geriatric, addressing depression, anxiety, mood disorders, and phase of life adjustment in both subacute and outpatient settings in New York and New Jersey. In her current position at ES Psychiatric PC, she specializes in medication therapy management.

Meet Hillary Eastman, a licensed Master of Social Work. Hillary earned her Master’s degree from New York University. Her experience in clinical mental health spans a wide range of settings! Before coming to ES Psychiatric PC, Hillary served as an Inpatient Psychiatry Social Worker at NYU Langone Health and the New York State Office of Mental Health, and she also works with patients at Bellevue Hospital Center’s Inpatient Psychiatric Unit. Hillary specializes in psychotherapy for mental health issues including depression, anxiety, PTSD, stress, and more.

Meet Tessa Zompanis! She completed her training at New York University, where she was awarded on her academic honors, as well as in Hunter University, where her graduate work was completed. A board-certified licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse practitioner, Tessa is experienced in treating psychiatric issues ranging from depression, low self-esteem, anxiety, PTSD, sleeping difficulties, attention problems, relationship issues and more.

His extensive background studying and practicing psychiatry, neurophysiology, and neuroendocrinology has brought him to the conclusion that the brain is the most important organ. Originally from Moscow, Dr. Shalts currently helps people optimize their brain health through his private practice in New York City.
