Some conferences inform, while others inspire. 💙
For the team at ActualSignal , Florida Association of ACOs - FLAACOs 2025 was one of those rare events where conversation, collaboration, and purpose came together in exactly the right way.
We’re incredibly grateful to Nicole Bradberry, CEO of FLAACOs, for her visionary leadership and for creating an environment where meaningful connections flourish. Under her guidance, FLAACOs continues to unite people who are shaping the future of Value-Based Care.
Winning the Launch by FLAACOs Gator Tank was an unforgettable honor — but the true reward was what came after: the conversations.
We left inspired by Andrew Chang of Aledade, Inc. and David Klebonis of Palm Beach ACO , whose work shows what’s possible when care coordination becomes personal. We were equally motivated by Dan Roberts of Value Services Management Group (VSM) and Sunflower ACO, whose vision for high-need ACOs reflects the same compassion that fuels our mission.
A special thanks as well to Larry Jones, founding board member of FLAACOs and host of the Healthcare NOW podcast, for giving us a platform to share our message beyond the conference floor.
To everyone we met — thank you for welcoming us, challenging us, and believing in what we’re building.
