January is a very heavy month for my family because we lost "Our Core" my mother, father and maternal grandmother in January. Looking back at my Morocco trip — wandering through The Medina in Marrakech, getting lost between stalls stacked with cinnamon, cumin, white curry, turmeric, and paprika 🌶️✨

Fast-forward to today — those same spices showed out in my kitchen! Whipped up a Moroccan Lamb Ragu served over zucchini noodles (keeping it low-carb but full of flavor, okay?! 😋🔥)
