Looking back at my Morocco trip — wandering through The Medina in Marrakech, getting lost between stalls stacked with cinnamon, cumin, white curry, turmeric, and paprika 🌶️✨

Fast-forward to today — those same spices showed out in my kitchen! Whipped up a Moroccan Lamb Ragu served over zucchini noodles (keeping it low-carb but full of flavor, okay?! 😋🔥)

Low carb, high protein, low fat, gluten-free, antiinflammatory one pot meal.
Great by itself or with your favorite sidedish.

3 lbs. Ground turkey
1 tsp. Red pepper flakes
1 tsp. Cumin
1 tsp. Minced ginger
1 tbsp. Paprika
1 tbsp. Garlic Powder
1 tbsp. Tumeric
1 tbsp. Crushed Garlic
1/2 Cup Vegetable broth
Kosher salt to taste

2 Large Zucchini cut in quarters
2 Large Carrots shredded
1 Large Onion diced
1 Red and Green peppers diced
