• Monitor and process incoming faxes and route appropriately
• Request medical records, imaging, and prior progress notes
• Order urine drug screenings and upload results
• Forward lab values received via fax to designated staff

𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁
• Send daily and weekly appointment schedules to providers via WhatsApp
• Send prescriptions to pharmacies through the EHR as directed
• Upload provider-required documents, forms, and reports
• Coordinate communication between providers, pharmacies, facilities, and patients

𝗕𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 & 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻
• Support insurance verification with the billing team
• Send patient insurance IDs and driver’s licenses as needed
• Collect and manage copays and clinic billing items
• Communicate billing concerns or coverage questions

𝗥𝗲𝗴𝘂𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 & 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗧𝗮𝘀𝗸𝘀
• Generate and upload CURES reports
• Ensure controlled-substance documentation is complete and routed correctly
• Track controlled medication orders and related records

𝗘𝗺𝗮𝗶𝗹 & 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁
• Manage the clinic email inbox
• Respond to or route emails appropriately
• Communicate with patients, pharmacies, partner offices, and providers
• Maintain organized email and EHR documentation

𝗔𝗱𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗧𝗮𝘀𝗸𝘀
• Non-live medical scribing support

𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀
• Previous experience in medical administration or virtual clinic support
• Familiarity with EHR/Office Ally or similar medical software
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation

• Fax Management: Review incoming faxes and attach lab results, medical records, and medication lists to the appropriate patient charts in the EMR
