A pr*****ed bladder occurs when the muscles and ligaments that support the bladder weaken, allowing the bladder to shift downward and press into the va**nal wall. This condition—called cystocele and sometimes referred to as a dropped, fallen, or herniated bladder—is quite common. In fact, up to half of all women experience some degree of bladder prolapse.
