Try this simple breathing technique to boost energy and focus π!
Please do research as to whether this may be safe for you if you are in unusual conditions (like pregnancy for example) as it will depend.
This is called Surya bhendana pranayama in sanskrit (sun breath in english) and is used to activate the symathetic (fight or flight) activated nervous system which helps you enter a more active and alert state. (Remember that balance and key and just parasympathetic (relaxing state) is not also best, contrary to what may be known ) ts especially great for lethargy, fatigue, and increasing energy and focus, say in the morning.
It involves breathing through the right nostril, which in yogic tradition is associated with activating energy in the body.
