And therapy isn't always the right tool for that specific problem. Sometimes you need a coach who gets how your brain works and will help you build systems that won't fall apart in a week.

If your therapist is just nodding and saying 'interesting' for 50 minutes straight, you're allowed to ask for more. You're paying for this. You deserve actionable strategies, not just a nodding head.
