Seee Iβm not that strict π I believe balance and variety is everything! Having a variety of fun π€© foods (something for them to look forward to) and nutritious foods is a great balance
π Lunch 1: pasta with broccoli , I do some olive oil for healthy fats and a little butter for taste, with fruits/veggies animal crackers & a water
π§ Snack: i love these snack packs by , theyβre grab and go and I stock up when theyβre on sale
& My go to yogurt has been & both kids love it with
π₯ Lunch 2: βbrunchβ hard boiled eggs, fruit, crackers and cheese
π« Snack 2: chips (love them!) fruit/veggie
π Lunch 3: pizza from the day before that I heated in the oven that morning (something to look forward to) with fruit, veggies, water
Should I keep doing these?!
