As Had of Industrial Application and International Business Development, I have played a pivotal role in the evolution and growth of Amford Power, transitioning it from its origins as Shenzhen Newchin Technology Co., Ltd. in Shenzhen, People's Republic of China, to a globally focused semiconductor powerhouse headquartered in Princeton, New Jersey. Transition and Relocation

Spearheaded the comprehensive relocation of Shenzhen Newchin Technology Co., Ltd. to the United States, rebranding it as Amford Power. This move positioned the company closer to key markets, allowing it to leverage the advanced infrastructure, talent pool, and regulatory advantages of the U.S. semiconductor ecosystem.
Conducted an extensive site selection process, which included evaluating operational hubs in the U.S. and Mexico. This culminated in Princeton, New Jersey, becoming the company’s global headquarters, with exploratory efforts for semiconductor assembly and distribution in Mexico.

Exploratory Mission to Mexico
Led an October 2023 business mission to Mexico, meeting with high-ranking officials, including His Excellency Ambassador Zhang Run and The Honourable Mr. Zou Chuanming, Commercial Counselor of the People’s Republic of China to Mexico, to explore opportunities for Amford Power's growth in the region.
Engaged with Ms. Hope Ni, Chairman and CEO of Inspire Capital, and Mr. Zhou Da, Chairman of Shenzhen Kunlun Holdings Co., Ltd., to discuss investment opportunities and strategies for technology transfer, job creation, and capacity building in Mexico.
The mission emphasized Amford Power’s commitment to raising the standard of living in Mexico through initiatives such as technology transfer, research and development (R&D) programs, and the creation of sustainable job opportunities.

Established partnerships with three global leaders in semiconductor manufacturing—MACOM of Lowell, Massachusetts; Wolfspeed of Raleigh/Durham, North Carolina; and Infineon of Munich, Germany.
