Dr. Norman Vincent Peale of New York City’s Marble Collegiate Church and psychiatrist Dr. Smiley Blanton who had trained in analysis in Vienna with Sigmund Freud. The Institute was established to bring together the insights of psychol

A small shift in thought can open a completely new path forward. The way we speak to ourselves quietly shapes the way we move through the world. 🌍✨

As Norman Vincent Peale reminds us, change often begins in the mind before it appears in our lives.

What helps you stay grounded when life feels heavy?

A reminder from Norman Vincent Peale that positive thinking is not about ignoring difficulty, but choosing where to place your attention.

Even in uncertain seasons, the mind can learn to search for possibility, meaning, and growth. 🌱

What does fear look like in your life, and how have you learned to recognize it?

Fear moves quietly. It can shape decisions before we even realize it’s there, narrowing what feels possible and influencing how we see ourselves and others. Smiley Blanton called it the most subtle and destructive of human conditions not because it is loud, but because it often goes unnoticed.

This Easter season, we are reminded that renewal often begins in small, quiet moments of care, reflection, and connection. At Blanton-Peale, we honor this time as an opportunity to pause, restore, and nurture hope in ourselves and one another. May this weekend bring you peace, strength, and space to grow.
We are here to support your well-being this Easter and always. 🕊️✨
