All of life is cyclical- and what a beautiful thing it is to return to things from a new and higher perspective.

Authenticity is a force that cannot be reckoned with. When we learned who our authentic self is, and move through the world from this state of being.... there is an unshakeable-ness that begins to awaken and radiate from our core.

Mastery in this world is being able to respond rather than react... to stay centered and unshaken by external forces perspectives, actions, and projections. That doesn't mean to ignore feedback from people who love you and care about you. That doesn't mean to be closed off to your perspectives changing and changing as a person... rather, to not be rocked by people who don't know you deeply (esp those who pretend to be your people, but then don't really show up).

When you're dialed into your aligned expression.. you are walking with God. And when you're walking with God - you have nothing to fear.

The definition of magnetism is: a physical phenomenon produced by the motion of electric charge, resulting in attractive and repulsive forces between objects.

So as we discuss manifestation... lets bring ourselves into remembering that we at the center of our own auric field which is also known as our electromagnetic field. The current/frequency that is being emitted from this field is dependent on what you are creating through your central channel (the mind, body, and spirit alignment).

The electroMAGNETIC field... therefore, the electric charge that you creating is running through a huge magnet which then brings forth things that are a vibrational match to that...

If you want to bring forward a different experience in your life, the most efficient way (and long-lasting) way is to go inward and make a shift in what you are emitting... increasing the electrical charge you are putting out.

Taking the leap to Costa Rica in 2020 changed my life forever. I am humbled and honored to get to extend the place I consider home (both the country and the venue) with the 2023 Cohort of Rooted & Rising.

Rooted & Rising is a week long activation for leaders who are ready to/currently stepping further into the visions and calls on their hearts. We are crystalizing the vision, elevating to the verison of self that is needed to hold it, and creating grounded structure and roadmaps so the flow into the manifestation may be so sweet. And of course, we will be having tons of fun, creativity, self-expression, time in nature, and suprises...

God is so good. I am grateful to get to share this place with incredible humans.

Scarcity and prosperity are a mindset.... whichever mindset we are holding, the subconscious mind will prove you to be true. A reminder- the mind is so powerful... whatever it is that you tell yourself, the mind is going to get to work to sort out and seek out things that prove to you that you are right).

If you are currently bucking up the current within yourself and finding yourself residing more on the experience of scarcity than prosperity... fortunately, there are SO many things we can do to start to shift that. One simple trick that was shared with me by a mentor when I first moved to NY in 2016, is to put a crisp $100 bill in my wallet and not spend it! Let it be there and continue to see that there.
