Sit tall, feet flat on the floor.
Inhale slowly through your nose, lifting your shoulders gently.
Exhale through your mouth, roll them back and down.
Place one hand on your heart, one on your lower belly.
Take 5 slow breaths. Let your jaw soften. Let your eyes rest.
