We’re hearing NYC is due for another snowstorm this weekend. Here’s some helpful tips to remember:

❄️ Be sure to stretch and warm-up before shoveling snow or going sledding
❄️ Exercise greater caution while taking sidewalks or public stairs
❄️ Don’t lift more snow than you can reasonably shovel
❄️ Pay special attention to any trees or rocks on your sledding hill
❄️ Have fun in the snow by dressing warm and taking breaks inside

Stretching has many benefits, including on your short-term and long-term health. Not only does it help widen your range of motion and relieve minor aches and pains, but it’s also a way to boost mental health by improving circulation throughout your body.
