At first, we thought switching to “healthier” lunchbox food was going to be gross and we’d hate it.

But honestly? After a couple of weeks, something weird happened — we actually started liking the new stuff more than the old ultra-processed snacks.

Our taste buds slowly changed. The super sweet and artificial flavors started tasting too strong, and the real food began tasting better. Now we don’t even miss the old snacks as much.

Making these swaps taught us that getting used to healthier food doesn’t happen overnight. It takes a little time, but once your body adjusts, you feel more energetic, focused, and just better overall during the school day.

If you’re nervous about switching your lunchbox, start with just one or two things. Give it a couple of weeks — your body (and taste buds) will adapt faster than you think.

Have you ever tried switching to healthier snacks? Did your taste change too? Tell us👇

Would you try making your own ice cream at home? 🍦

No artificial ingredients.
No long labels.
Just real food, made simply.

And the best part?
You actually taste the difference.

This is what “better choices” can look like — not complicated, just more intentional.

As a future doctor, I follow this rule👇🏾

✅ DailyEssentials
These are nutrient-dense foods that give me consistent energy, support digestion, muscle recovery and overall gut health. They keep my body supplied with the vitamins and minerals it needs every day.

✅ Once a Week
Moderate treats that add variety and enjoyment to my meals. They bring some good nutrients too, but I don’t eat them every day so I don’t overload my system.

❌ Once a Month or Less
The heavier, more indulgent foods — higher in sugar, refined carbs and unhealthy fats. I save these for special occasions and celebrations only, because eating them too often can cause inflammation and mess with my gut balance.

What surprised you the most about this approach? Tell me in the comments 👇

We’ve been putting in hours for this concert, and honestly — it’s more than just music.

Playing piano actually does a lot for your brain and body:

• improves memory (you’re literally training your brain to remember patterns)
• boosts focus and concentration (you can’t zone out mid-piece 😅)
• reduces stress and anxiety (it’s lowkey therapy)
• improves coordination (both hands doing different things = brain workout)
• builds discipline and patience (because you don’t just “get it” overnight)
• helps with emotional expression (sometimes you can say more through music than words)

It’s one of those things that looks calm… but your brain is working HARD.

Also — did you recognize any of the songs we played? 👀
And be honest… do you play any instruments or nah? 🎶

Do you have them… or had them before?

What was it like for you?

Small choices add up.
What you eat every day matters more than what you eat once in a while.

So at home, we keep it simple:
• real ingredients
• less unnecessary sugar
• no extra additives we don’t need

And honestly… it still tastes really good 😄

What’s your go-to healthy snack or dessert? 👇

Chicken Sali Boti — a classic Parsi dish full of bold flavor.

Tender chicken simmered in a rich spiced tomato sauce and finished with crispy potato strings on top. Savory, tangy, a little spicy — and surprisingly supportive for gut health when made with the right ingredients.

Here’s the recipe we used:

For the marinade
1 lb chicken
½ cup yogurt
1 tbsp ginger
1 tbsp garlic
1 tbsp coriander powder
1 tsp red chili powder
½ tsp turmeric
Salt to taste

For the curry
2 tbsp oil
2 onions, finely chopped
2 tomatoes (chopped or pureed)
2 green chilies, slit
1 bay leaf
2 cloves
2 green cardamom pods
1 small cinnamon stick
¼ tsp black pepper
Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

For the sali (crispy potatoes)
2 large potatoes, cut into thin matchstick strips
Oil for sautéing or frying

How to make it

1️⃣ Marinate the chicken with yogurt, garlic, ginger, and spices.
2️⃣ Sauté onions until golden, then add tomatoes and whole spices.
3️⃣ Grill or sear the chicken until lightly browned.
4️⃣ Add the chicken to the sauce and let it simmer until tender.
5️⃣ Top with crispy potato strings and fresh coriander.

Why this meal can be gut-friendly

• Yogurt provides beneficial bacteria that support the microbiome
• Ginger and garlic help support digestion
• Turmeric and spices contain anti-inflammatory compounds
• A balanced protein + spice combination can support satiety and digestion

Simple ingredients. Real flavor. Traditional cooking.

Save this recipe and try it at home.

Wait… is it PetSmart or pets are smart? 🤔

We heard this sound and had to try it — now we can’t unhear it.

At first we thought it was obvious…
but after filming this a few times we’re honestly not so sure anymore 😂

P.S. This took way more tries than we expected because someone kept laughing halfway through.
