This is Raymond’s inspiring journey! 💫 Learn more about how chiropractic can change your life at rowechiropractic.com 🌿💚

Raymond came to us suffering severe leg spasms and pain after a fall, with doctors recommending major back surgery 🏥😟. But after thorough exams and X-rays, we found the root cause: nerve compression from his low back affecting his leg and foot.

Instead of surgery, Raymond chose a natural, chiropractic approach including precise adjustments, therapeutic exercises, and traction therapy 👐🦵. Over time, he’s regained strength, improved posture, and significantly reduced his pain and neuropathy.

He went from struggling to walk half a block to comfortably walking miles in the city 🚶‍♂️✨. His story is proof that with the right care, healing is possible — even in challenging cases! 🙌

One of the most common nerve pain issues we see is foot pain caused by neuralgia—nerve pain that travels from the low back discs down the leg into the foot. 🦶⚡

Learn more about foot pain and treatment options at rowechiropractic.com 🌿💚

This nerve compression, often involving the sciatic and femoral nerves, leads to intense pain, numbness, or tingling in the foot. Sometimes, foot pain is also worsened by mechanical issues like a fallen arch or foot misalignment. 👣🦵

The key? Treat both the neurological stress from the low back AND correct foot mechanics with adjustments and orthotics. 👐🦶 This combined approach gives patients the relief they deserve from foot pain and neuralgia! 🙌

We’re taking a closer look at Raymond’s inspiring journey dealing with foot neuropathy 🦶⚡ and leg pain 😣 caused by spinal misalignment. Raymond’s initial X-rays 📸 showed a dramatic loss of the natural lumbar curve and pelvic angle — putting immense stress on the nerves supplying his legs and feet. 🦵🔥

But here’s the good news: with targeted chiropractic adjustments 👐, therapeutic exercises 🤸‍♂️, and traction therapy 🛋️, we’ve been able to restore much of that curve and relieve the nerve pressure. 💪✨ His lumbar curve improved by over 60% 📈, and his pelvic angle showed significant progress — which means less pain and better function! 🎉🙌

04/10/2026

👋 We’re here with Raymond, and we’re setting up his lumbar traction — a game changer for restoring that natural curve in the low back! 🙌

Curious how traction can help your spine? Check it out here 👉 rowechiropractic.com and start your journey to a healthier, pain-free back today! 🔥🦴

This setup uses stabilization straps 🎯 to keep his pelvis perfectly flat while gently pulling that lumbar curve back in, helping relieve pain and improve posture. Plus, we’ve got a little bonus with a home dentrol 🏠✨ to support his neck curve too!

The best part? This traction pulls from the low back all the way up, creating the tension needed to bring that healthy curve back, so you feel stronger and move easier. 💪✨

✨ If you’re struggling with poor posture and low back pain, therapeutic exercises will make a huge difference. Learn more about posture correction and chiropractic care at 👉 rowechiropractic.com 🌐💙

Raymond’s main issue was his cage shifted left ⬅️ with a side bend right ➡️ — so we created a corrective exercise to do the exact opposite: shift right, side bend left. 🔄💪

We use a step-by-step approach: elongate 🧘‍♂️, drop the shoulders 🦾, then shift and side bend with neurological stimulation taps ⚡️👐 to reset posture and ease muscle tension. 💆‍♂️🔥

Next, we focus on restoring the lumbar curve 🦴 — pushing the pelvis back 🍑, pulling the abdomen in 💪, and keeping the shoulders and head aligned 🧍‍♂️. These exercises help build strength and maintain a healthy spine in the long term. 🌟🦵

Watch as we adjust Raymond’s spine and foot to relieve nerve stress and improve posture! 🌟✨ At Rowe Chiropractic, we focus on precise corrections targeting key areas like the fifth lumbar vertebra, mid back, neck, and foot fixation. Each adjustment is tailored to restore balance ⚖️ and reduce pain 🛑.

We start by adjusting the 5th lumbar vertebra 🦴, a common pinch point causing nerve pressure and stenosis. Using targeted nudges 👉 and specialized drop techniques ⬇️, we realign the pelvis and mid back cage to improve posture 🧍‍♂️.

Next, we address thoracic subluxations by lifting and shifting the lower cage 🔄 for better spinal function. Finally, we work on the neck’s limited motion caused by fusion, carefully setting vertebrae 🦴🦴 to ease stress 😌.

Don’t forget, foot fixation affects your entire body! We adjust Raymond’s foot and ankle 👣 to complement the orthotic support 🦶🦶 and enhance overall alignment 🎯.

This step-by-step care helps the body heal 🩹 and perform at its best! 💪🔥

This is Raymond’s custom orthotic, designed to restore a healthier foot arch and reduce stress throughout the body 👣 Learn how custom orthotics support your spine and nerves here 👉 https://rowechiropractic.com/

🦶 When you look at the orthotic from the side, you’ll see a built-in arch that mimics an ideal foot structure. Since we cast a problem foot, the orthotic may feel uncomfortable at first—many patients say it feels like stepping on a golf ball ⛳ That’s normal.

⏱️ We ease into it gradually: 1 hour the first day, 2 hours the second day, and slowly increase from there. With every step—thousands per day—the orthotic gently pushes the foot toward a healthier position.

🧠 Think of orthotics like Invisalign for your feet 😁 They don’t force change all at once. Instead, they guide correction little by little so your body can adapt safely and effectively.

🦴 In Raymond’s case, nerve stress was coming from both the low back and the foot itself. By adjusting the foot for flexibility and using the orthotic to lift the arch, we give the body the best chance to rebalance, reduce symptoms, and perform at its best ✨

We’re here with Nellia, who came in with a pinched nerve (subluxation) in her mid back caused by poor posture. When posture collapses forward, it creates pressure on the delicate spinal nerves. Learn how we correct this naturally here 👉 https://rowechiropractic.com/

🦴 In the office, we use specific traction that works opposite of Nellia’s postural pattern. Her feet are positioned forward, her pelvis is pushed back, and the straps create a precise pull that helps lift the rib cage and reduce nerve pressure.

🧠 This setup mirrors her therapeutic exercises, reinforcing proper spinal positioning while the ligaments remodel over time. Nelia performs 15 minutes of in-office traction and continues correction at home with 20 minutes of thoracic traction.

📸 After her first comparative X-ray, she made terrific structural improvements, showing reduced nerve compression and improved posture. Now, she’s continuing care to build even more correction and long-term stability.

✨ Correct the posture, take pressure off the nerve, and the body can heal the way it was designed to.

One of the most common questions I hear about nerve pain is, “Why does my pain get so much worse after sitting for a long time?” 😖 If leg pain or nerve pain flares up when you stand, learning how posture affects your spine is key. Learn more about how we address nerve pain naturally here 👉 https://rowechiropractic.com/

🪑 Research shows that sitting can place up to 300% more pressure on the lower spinal discs compared to standing. When posture breaks down—like slouching on the couch, gaming, or sitting with knees too high—stress builds on the lumbar spine.

🦴 Your low back curve acts as a shock absorber. When that curve flattens, discs can swell and place pressure on delicate nerves. That nerve irritation (neuritis) can quickly turn into neuralgia, or sharp nerve pain, often felt down the leg.

✅ One simple but powerful fix: keep your knees lower than your pelvis when sitting. This maintains your lumbar curve, reduces disc pressure, and takes stress off the nerves. Avoid super-soft seating that causes slouching and always prioritize upright posture.

📉 Better seated posture = less disc stress, less nerve irritation, and a better chance for your body to heal naturally 🧘

Patients often ask me, “What is neuralgia—and why does it hurt so much?” 🤔 If you’re dealing with nerve pain and want to understand what’s really happening in your body, learn more about our chiropractic approach here 👉 https://rowechiropractic.com/

Neuralgia literally means nerve pain ⚡. It happens when a nerve becomes irritated or inflamed, often due to pressure or compression. The most common example is sciatica, where pain travels down the leg, but neuralgia can also affect the arms (brachial neuralgia) or even the face.

🧠 In most cases, neuralgia is caused by disc inflammation and postural misalignment in the spine. When posture breaks down, discs can swell and place pressure on nearby nerves. Over time, that pressure creates nerve inflammation (neuritis), which can eventually turn into intense nerve pain—neuralgia.

🧍‍♂️ The solution starts at the source. When we correct posture and spinal alignment, pressure is taken off the nerve, inflammation decreases, and the nerve can begin to heal. As the nerve heals, pain often fades and normal function can return.

Patients often ask us at Rowe Chiropractic what they should use for short-term neuralgia relief—heat or ice ❄️🔥. If you’re dealing with nerve pain and want to understand your options, learn more about our chiropractic approach here 👉 https://rowechiropractic.com/

In general, ice is the better choice for temporary relief from neuralgia 🧊. Neuralgia is commonly associated with inflammation and nerve irritation, and ice helps calm that inflammatory response.

We recommend using a flexible ice pack directly over the affected area for short-term symptom management. This reduces inflammation and takes pressure off sensitive nerve tissue.

🌎 Whether you’re in New York City or anywhere in the world, ice is typically more effective than heat when it comes to managing neuralgia symptoms in the short term.

💡 While ice can help temporarily, it’s important to remember that addressing the underlying cause of nerve irritation is key to long-term relief.

Nellia came into our office dealing with what many people call a pinched nerve 😣. Scientifically, we refer to this as a subluxation—when spinal misalignment puts pressure on delicate nerve tissue.

Nelia’s posture revealed her mid-back collapsing forward, her rib cage compressed, and her head drifting far in front of her body. 📉 This created direct pressure on the nerves, leading to pain and dysfunction.

Through a custom corrective plan, we addressed the root cause:
✅ Specific chiropractic adjustments
✅ Targeted therapeutic exercises
✅ In-office spinal traction
✅ Home traction for daily correction

💡 Even with arthritic changes present, her posture lifted, nerve pressure decreased, and her body began to heal naturally.

When we reduce stress on the nerves, the body does what it’s designed to do—heal and function better 💪🌿. This is how chiropractic helps resolve pinched nerves at the source, not just manage symptoms.
