I've tried a lot of non-dairy milk alternatives but this one, made from pea protein, is my favorite. It's creamy enough to add to coffee, won't leave you needing to clear your throat like coconut-based products, tastes great, and doesn't create the health issues of milk made from soy (allergies) or almonds (oxalates, which can wreak havoc on the joints.) Be sure to look for unsweetened. Here's to your better health!
