But seriously, why would a psychologist post a photo on social media of them with a glass of alcohol?
For me, it’s not so much about Dry January, as it is about Vegan January. I can’t give up everything, so I let myself have the occasional great glass of wine. To me, that’s good health.

As an entrepreneur I never take time off, and not working today made me itchy to get back to it, but Thanksgiving waits for no one!

Giving thanks by making the family dinner happen, taking care of the dog, and planning to collapse into bed at 8:45pm.….I think they tried to sell me on this concept in grad school….
