Our patient came to us seeking a to refine the overall appearance of her nose. Her goals included smoothing the nasal hump, lifting and narrowing the nasal tip, and preventing the tip from drooping when she smiled. Using an open rhinoplasty approach, we performed dorsal reduction, spreader flaps, cephalic trim, and placement of a septal extension graft to achieve a balanced and stable result.

Her 7-month postoperative photos show a beautifully refined yet completely natural outcome that harmonizes with her facial features. She is thrilled with her new nose and the confidence it has brought her. 😍
