This delightful patient disliked the nasal hump and droopy nasal tip. He was not ready for a surgical rhinoplasty. We performed liquid rhinoplasty in the office to elevate his nasal tip and straighten the nasal hump.

Note that the nose tip does not droop even when he smiles!

Here’s what you should know:
🔹 Early treatment with steroid injections can help smaller keloids.

🔹 Larger/more stubborn ones may need surgical excision plus follow-up treatments (e.g., radiation, injections) to reduce recurrence.

🔹 If you have a personal or family history of keloids, be extra cautious with piercings, surgical cuts or tattoos.
