Hi everyone! I hope you all had a great Thanksgiving! I wanted to share some holiday gift news:

I’m currently working with the local Costco on a promotion for discounted Muscle Release Therapy sessions in Long Beach. The paperwork is taking a little longer than expected, so in the meantime I’m extending the same offer directly here on Facebook.

You can get a 1-hour session for $120 (regularly $150).
Each person can redeem up to three sessions. You can combine them however you’d like, so for example, three hours can be used as two 90-minute sessions. You’re also welcome to purchase them as gifts, but each recipient can redeem up to three total.

The offer is good until the end of the year, or until the Costco vouchers become available. Whichever comes first.

As a yearly reminder, FSA benefits often expire soon, and MRTh sessions can be used to redeem them. So if you have money set aside for medical benefits for 2025, remember to call and set up a session soon!

For those of you who have NYSHIP insurance (state employees mostly) as your provider, it's actually the only insurance that I can currently work with directly for your sessions, and it's very good coverage for MRTh on your end.

So I often mention tensegrity and get asked about what it is. And why when I'm working on someone they might notice that I may be correcting something in one place, but they feel movement in a completely different part of their body.

Hello! I realized as I’ve been reaching out to people lately that I haven’t posted anything on Facebook in quite some time, so I thought I’d come back and start trying to post at least semi-regularly.

Looking down at my previous post it seems a good place to start back up again would be with the same offer. So if you’d like to come to Long Beach for sessions this summer and would like to make a beach day of it, just let me know in advance and I’m happy to provide you with a beach pass

Hi everyone! For those interested in coming to Long Beach for summer MRTh sessions I’m happy to offer a day pass to the nearby beach when you come out for your appointment.

It’s a great plan for a day trip. You can come out, have a session, go to the beach or boardwalk, and eat at one of the many fine restaurants out here (happy to recommend a few if you need suggestions). It’s also very close to the LIRR if you’re coming out from the city and/or don’t have a car. Hope to see you soon!
