We were delighted to attend the groundbreaking ceremony for HKMBPO's new headquarters in Yerevan. This new center marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter for the organization.

It's noteworthy that this is only the second groundbreaking ceremony in the foundation's history, the first being for the Leilavan (Habeas) in 1972.

The Karagheusian Foundation remains steadfast in its humanitarian mission, committed to alleviating the suffering of children in socially and economically vulnerable Armenian communities, including those affected by the recent crisis in . Our vision extends beyond immediate relief, aiming to empower these children and their families to lead dignified lives, achieve economic self-sufficiency, and thrive within their communities. In response to the urgent situation in Artsakh, we have allocated an initial $1 million to the Howard Karagheusian Medical Benevolent Public Organization for emergency relief, providing essential aid, including shelter, food, clean water, and vital supplies to incoming Armenian refugees.

The support is instrumental as we stand in solidarity with the Armenian people during these challenging times, working together to foster hope and positive change

The foundation mourns the loss of H. Irma Der Stepanian.

Irma joined the board of the Karagheusian Foundation on October 29, 1986.
Her focus in charity was to always honor and uphold the commitment of the Karagheusian family to uplift and improve the lives of children in the Armenian community. She especially admired Leila Karagheusian, daughter of the founding family, with whom she collaborated in the late 1990s as a fellow board member.

Rest in peace, dear Irma, a devoted member of our community.

The Karagheusian Foundation mourns the loss of the President of the Board of Directors Zaven Tachdjian who passed away unexpectedly on Friday, May 27, 2022

Zaven joined the Board of Directors of the Karagheusian Foundation and later was elected as the President of the Board in 2019, where he had an integral role in the construction of hospitals, healthcare clinics, and other critical institutions.
