🎉 True North Anesthesia is pleased to welcome, Kristina Vigue, CRNA, DNP as our newest full-time team member!

Kristina recently graduated from the University of New England with her Doctor of Nursing Practice in Nurse Anesthesia. A proud Mainer, Kristina earned her BSN from the University of Maine at Fort Kent and began her nursing career at Maine General Medical Center. She later broadened her experience as a Travel ICU RN at Maine Medical Center and also practiced at Northern Light Inland Hospital.

During her anesthesia training, Kristina completed her rotations at Maine General, VA Togus, Cary Medical Center, NL-EMMC, and Mid-Coast Hospital—experiences that helped shape her thoughtful and compassionate approach to patient care.

Kristina lives in Waterville with her husband and two teenaged sons. She is grateful for the ability to start her anesthesia career close to home and looks forward to being a part of the True North Team!

We are delighted to welcome our newest full-time hire, Ryan Rossignol, CRNA, DNP!

Ryan recently completed his Doctor of Nursing Practice in Nurse Anesthesia at the University of New England. A proud Maine native, Ryan earned his BSN from the University of Maine in Orono in 2013 and spent ten years as a Registered Nurse in the Cardiac and CCU/CCU units at Eastern Maine Medical Center before pursuing his anesthesia degree.

During his anesthesia training, Ryan completed clinical rotations at Northern Light Eastern Maine Medical Center, Northern Light Mercy Hospital, Northern Light Maine Coast Hospital, and St. Mary’s Regional Hospital, gaining valuable experience across a variety of settings.

Ryan lives in Brewer with his wife, Carrie, and their two children — with another little one arriving soon! He’s excited to join the True North team, and we’re equally excited to welcome Ryan and his family to our growing group!
