For those interested in getting better as a clinician or movement practitioner I highly highly suggest taking this course with Sean Campbell. Yes, we've all seen cadavers at Body Worlds. But its a rare opporutnity to have a hands on learning experience. Its part of the reason why I can do what I do!

Tony spent 3 days in Silicon Valley last week at Techmanity, a conference that explored the intersection between Humanity and Technology. He blogged about his experience on the innovative California College of the Arts's Design Strategy MBA program's blog

Phyiso for the People has been recognized as one of the Top 10 clinics in Vancouver for the "Patients' Choice Award"

"Congratulations again Tony! We're hoping to make it really clear to patients who the best in Vancouver are, and this is our way of saying thanks for all that you do :) " - Opencare

Every day, thousands of patients come to Opencare to find and connect with great health providers. Our goal is to allow the best clinics to shine through so they can maximize the number of patients they can help. We think of pain as a symptom, but there are cases where the nervous system develops feedback loops and pain becomes a terrifying disease in itself. Starting with the story of a girl whose sprained wrist turned into a nightmare, Elliot Krane talks about the complex mystery of chronic pain, and reviews the facts we're just learning about how it works and how to treat it.

Hi Everybody

Currently in Louisiana - had some time on the flight to start building my next project

Here is my attempt to begin building a platform for sharing my journey, stories, inspirations, ideas, etc. Its pretty bare at the moment but it'll grow and expand organically

Enjoy!

Physio for the People has been getting people back into their healthy lifestyles at ridiculous pace. For example, we have seen 20 year old nagging pains improve within 3 months.

The word is spreading.

Our waitlist is over two weeks right now in our Downtown Vancouver location and over a month in our Surrey location. I guess we are doing something right =)

I cannot wait to see this movement expand with the right team, people, ideas, and energy.

In 3 weeks, Tony will be beginning his MBA journey in the innovation and creative hub of San Francisco. He'll be present/hands-on in the clinic 3 weeks out of the month.

However!

We will be setting up an online/skype service to help coach you through any barriers. We understand that the feeling of pain/injury can be a manifestation of behavioural/psychological/emotional barriers or it can actually just be something physical. We can coach you through what you need to do to keep your body, mind, and spirit happy!

Having a fantastic week at Physio for the People also in collaboration with The Surrey Pilates Inc.

Actually... every week its only getting better and better.

Better because clients are getting better!

The cases I'm getting are getting more badass!

Which means tons of new learning.

New possibilities and ways of looking at how the body is connected. Everything from an elbow driven foot. To a low back driven shoulder. A knee driven shoulder.

We've had athletes from the BC Snowboardcross Team come in this week.

We've had Olympians come in this week.

And everyone else thats awesome!

Things are only getting bigger, badder, better.

This has probably been one of the best emails I've ever received from a client whom I've been working with. I totally wish I could tell her story...

It's one of the puzzles/cases that I am ecstatic about.

I am so lucky/grateful that I get to do what I can.

To share a gift.

"Today I held...
.. a mug of tea in my right hand for longer than 15 seconds, and even though I was shaking, my tremors were calm enough I could hold the mug without the hot water jumping out on me and burning my hand!! I can't think of the last time I've been able to do this. Maybe as child...

Thought you'd be proud."

So Awesome Today!

I definitely learnt something new on an impromptu Physio session with my friend Sarah S.

She had some tightness build up in her left ankle/calf a few days ago. Traditional therapy helped but didn't resolve the issue.

What was really really cool was that we found that her elbow was causing the neuro windup!

Who would have guessed.

An elbow driven ankle!

We test drove it on a run together right after treatment.

WIN!
