Our first winter run club date is this Saturday at 7am. Join us for a run around Lakewood with a 20-30 minute strength session after.
The perfect time to start strength training is during the off season when your mileage is less. Increasing the weight and the frequency of training during this time builds strength and resilience to help prevent injury later in the season. Stronger muscles can also lead to performance increases!
